Statement Of Faith

1. We believe in one true God, the eternal “I AM,” Creator of heaven and earth and Redeemer of humanity, who has revealed Himself in the relationship of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit (Deuteronomy 6:4; Isaiah 43:10-11; Matthew 28:19; Luke 3:22).

2. We believe that although the terms "Trinity" and "persons" do not appear in the Bible, they are in harmony with its teaching, allowing us to describe God as one Lord in three persons (Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14; John 14:16-17).

3. We believe that there is a distinction between the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit, manifested in their relationship without division or opposition, although their nature remains inscrutable to human understanding (Luke 1:35; 1 Corinthians 1:24; Matthew 11:25-27; Matthew 28:19; 2 Corinthians 13:14; 1 John 1:3-4).

4. We believe in the unity of the one Being of God, in which the Father is the Begetter, the Son is the Begotten, and the Holy Spirit proceeds from the Father and the Son, thus maintaining the perfect unity of the Deity (John 1:18; John 15:26; John 17:11; John 17:21; Zechariah 14:9).

5. We believe that the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit are not identical in person but are united in nature, relationship, and purpose, never operating separately (John 5:17-30; John 5:32; John 5:37; John 8:17-18).

6. We believe that the title “Lord Jesus Christ” belongs exclusively to the Son of God and is never applied to the Father or the Holy Spirit (Romans 1:1-3; Romans 1:7; 2 John 3).

7. We believe that Jesus Christ is God with us, the true Son of God and the true Son of Man, being fully God and fully man (Matthew 1:23; 1 John 4:2; 1 John 4:10; 1 John 4:14; Revelation 1:13; Revelation 1:17).

8. We believe that the title “Son of God” affirms His divine and eternal nature, while “Son of Man” emphasizes His humanity, both natures coexisting in Christ (Matthew 1:21-23; 2 John 3; 1 John 3:8; Hebrews 7:3; Hebrews 1:1-13).

9. We believe that denying the eternal relationship between the Father and the Son is a transgression of the doctrine of Christ, for Jesus is the eternal Son of God, made flesh for our redemption (2 John 9; John 1:1-2, 14, 18, 29, 49; 1 John 2:22-23; 1 John 4:1-5; Hebrews 12:2).

10. We believe that Jesus Christ, exalted as Lord, is seated at the right hand of God, having dominion over all power, until the day He delivers the Kingdom to the Father so that God may be all in all (Hebrews 1:3; 1 Peter 3:22; Acts 2:32-36; Romans 14:11; 1 Corinthians 15:24-28).

11. We believe that the Father has given all judgment to the Son, and that it is our joy to give Him the same honor and glory as the Father, recognizing Him as the Lamb worthy of praise (John 5:22-23; 1 Peter 1:8; Revelation 5:6-14; Philippians 2:8-9; Revelation 7:9-10; Revelation 4:8-11).

12. We believe that the Church is the body of Christ, formed by all born-again believers, called to live in communion, love, and holiness for the glory of God and the edification of His Kingdom (Ephesians 1:22-23; Hebrews 12:23).

13. We believe that the mission of the Church is to proclaim the gospel of Jesus Christ, make disciples of all nations, and manifest the love and justice of God in the world (Matthew 28:19-20; Acts 1:8).

14. We believe in the divine inspiration and authority of the Holy Scriptures as the sole rule of faith and practice for the Christian life and the Church (2 Timothy 3:16-17; 2 Peter 1:21).

15. We believe in salvation by grace through faith in Jesus Christ, who died and rose again to redeem us from sin and grant us eternal life (Ephesians 2:8-9; Romans 10:9-10).

16. We believe in water baptism as a testimony of new life in Christ and in the Lord’s Supper as a remembrance of His sacrifice and His promise to return (Matthew 28:19; 1 Corinthians 11:23-26).

17. We believe in the baptism of the Holy Spirit as a distinct experience from the new birth, empowering believers for service and witnessing with power (Acts 1:8; 1 Corinthians 12:4-11).

18. We believe in the importance of worship in spirit and truth, expressed through prayer, praise, the teaching of the Word, and the fellowship of believers (John 4:23-24; Acts 2:42).

19. We believe in divine healing as part of Christ’s redemptive work and in God’s supernatural intervention in response to faith and prayer (Isaiah 53:4-5; James 5:14-16).

20. We believe in the Second Coming of Christ, the rapture of the Church, and the establishment of His Kingdom, where He will reign with justice and eternal peace (1 Thessalonians 4:16-17; Revelation 20:1-6).

21. We believe in the resurrection of the dead and the final judgment, where the righteous will enjoy eternal life and the ungodly will face eternal separation from God (Matthew 25:46; Revelation 20:11-15).

22. We believe in a new heaven and a new earth, where God will dwell with His people and reign forever in perfect justice and love (2 Peter 3:13; Revelation 21:1-4).

 

1. Creemos en un solo Dios verdadero, el eterno “YO SOY”, Creador del cielo y de la tierra y Redentor de la humanidad, quien se ha revelado en la relación del Padre, el Hijo y el Espíritu Santo (Deuteronomio 6:4; Isaías 43:10-11; Mateo 28:19; Lucas 3:22).

2. Creemos que, aunque los términos “Trinidad” y “personas” no aparecen en la Biblia, están en armonía con su enseñanza, permitiéndonos describir a Dios como un solo Señor en tres personas (Mateo 28:19; 2 Corintios 13:14; Juan 14:16-17).

3. Creemos que hay distinción entre el Padre, el Hijo y el Espíritu Santo, manifestada en su relación sin división ni oposición, aunque su naturaleza sigue siendo inescrutable para el ser humano (Lucas 1:35; 1 Corintios 1:24; Mateo 11:25-27; Mateo 28:19; 2 Corintios 13:14; 1 Juan 1:3-4).

4. Creemos en la unidad del único Ser de Dios, en la que el Padre es el Engendrador, el Hijo es el Engendrado y el Espíritu Santo procede del Padre y del Hijo, manteniendo así la perfecta unidad en la Deidad (Juan 1:18; Juan 15:26; Juan 17:11; Juan 17:21; Zacarías 14:9).

5. Creemos que el Padre, el Hijo y el Espíritu Santo no son idénticos en persona, pero están unidos en naturaleza, relación y propósito, sin operar separadamente (Juan 5:17-30; Juan 5:32; Juan 5:37; Juan 8:17-18).

6. Creemos que el título “Señor Jesucristo” pertenece exclusivamente al Hijo de Dios, nunca aplicado al Padre ni al Espíritu Santo (Romanos 1:1-3; Romanos 1:7; 2 Juan 3).

7. Creemos que Jesucristo es Dios con nosotros, verdadero Hijo de Dios y verdadero Hijo del Hombre, siendo plenamente Dios y plenamente hombre (Mateo 1:23; 1 Juan 4:2; 1 Juan 4:10; 1 Juan 4:14; Apocalipsis 1:13; Apocalipsis 1:17).

8. Creemos que el título “Hijo de Dios” afirma su naturaleza divina y eterna, mientras que “Hijo del Hombre” enfatiza su humanidad, coexistiendo ambas naturalezas en Cristo (Mateo 1:21-23; 2 Juan 3; 1 Juan 3:8; Hebreos 7:3; Hebreos 1:1-13).

9. Creemos que negar la relación eterna del Padre y del Hijo es una transgresión de la doctrina de Cristo, pues Jesús es el Hijo eterno de Dios, hecho carne para nuestra redención (2 Juan 9; Juan 1:1-2, 14, 18, 29, 49; 1 Juan 2:22-23; 1 Juan 4:1-5; Hebreos 12:2).

10. Creemos que Jesucristo, exaltado como Señor, está a la diestra de Dios, teniendo dominio sobre toda potestad, hasta el día en que entregue el Reino al Padre para que Dios sea todo en todos (Hebreos 1:3; 1 Pedro 3:22; Hechos 2:32-36; Romanos 14:11; 1 Corintios 15:24-28).

11. Creemos que el Padre ha dado todo juicio al Hijo, y que es nuestro gozo darle la misma honra y gloria que al Padre, reconociéndolo como el Cordero digno de alabanza (Juan 5:22-23; 1 Pedro 1:8; Apocalipsis 5:6-14; Filipenses 2:8-9; Apocalipsis 7:9-10; Apocalipsis 4:8-11).

12. Creemos que la Iglesia es el cuerpo de Cristo, formada por todos los creyentes nacidos de nuevo, llamados a vivir en comunión, amor y santidad, para la gloria de Dios y la edificación del Reino. (Efesios 1:22-23; Hebreos 12:23)

13. Creemos que la misión de la Iglesia es proclamar el evangelio de Jesucristo, hacer discípulos de todas las naciones y manifestar el amor y la justicia de Dios en el mundo. (Mateo 28:19-20; Hechos 1:8)

14. Creemos en la inspiración divina y la autoridad de las Sagradas Escrituras como la única regla de fe y práctica para la vida cristiana y la iglesia. (2 Timoteo 3:16-17; 2 Pedro 1:21)

15. Creemos en la salvación por gracia mediante la fe en Jesucristo, quien murió y resucitó para redimirnos del pecado y darnos vida eterna. (Efesios 2:8-9; Romanos 10:9-10)

16. Creemos en el bautismo en agua como testimonio de la nueva vida en Cristo y en la Cena del Señor como recordatorio de Su sacrificio y promesa de Su regreso. (Mateo 28:19; 1 Corintios 11:23-26)

17. Creemos en el bautismo del Espíritu Santo como una experiencia distinta al nuevo nacimiento, que capacita al creyente para el servicio y el testimonio con poder. (Hechos 1:8; 1 Corintios 12:4-11)

18. Creemos en la importancia de la adoración en espíritu y verdad, expresada en la oración, la alabanza, la enseñanza de la Palabra y la comunión entre los creyentes. (Juan 4:23-24; Hechos 2:42)

19. Creemos en la sanidad divina como parte de la obra redentora de Cristo y en la intervención sobrenatural de Dios en respuesta a la fe y la oración. (Isaías 53:4-5; Santiago 5:14-16)

20. Creemos en la Segunda Venida de Cristo, el arrebatamiento de la Iglesia y el establecimiento de Su Reino, donde reinará con justicia y paz eterna. (1 Tesalonicenses 4:16-17; Apocalipsis 20:1-6)

21. Creemos en la resurrección de los muertos y el juicio final, donde los justos disfrutarán de la vida eterna y los impíos enfrentarán la separación eterna de Dios. (Mateo 25:46; Apocalipsis 20:11-15)

22. Creemos en un cielo nuevo y una tierra nueva, donde Dios morará con Su pueblo y reinará para siempre en perfecta justicia y amor. (2 Pedro 3:13; Apocalipsis 21:1-4)
